What's The Point

This is a conversation between me and the HR assistant manager (HRAM).

Me: Actually I would think red lights would show up at the Harrison's test I did when I came for the interview.

HRAM: You mean the Harrison's Profile?

Me: Yes. I mean the whole point of profiling potential employee was to see if their character fit the nature of the job isn't it?

HRAM: Er... yes. (smiles) But you know the pharmacy line. It doesn't matter if your Harrison's profile shows up as being unsuitable for the job because we are always very short of pharmacists, and here, we prefer hiring local grads.

Me: (silence)

So what exactly is the point in asking me to do the profiling. In fact I am very curious to know the result of my profile, but sad to say that is for the HR to know and for me to guess. All I know is I did not "fail" the profiling ie. I am at the very least consistent in all my answers.
