As The Day Draws Near

Yes, I've tendered and I will be doing freelance when 1st Mar comes. There was a sense of relief when I tendered, but as each day passes I wondered if I did the right thing choosing to continue working freelance in the same hospital.

It's kind of sad seeing how my other colleagues are struggling with the ever increasing workload and knowing I will soon not be able to help share this load. Yet, if I were to continue working full-time, I will continue to be dysfunctional. I am close to burning out and I haven't even hit 30. Sighz...
