Is This Being Selfish or What?!
You are 60+ years old. Single. Decided to have kids. Go to your O&G doctor, fake your age and dupe the doctor into doing IVF for you. Some screw must be loose up there.
I don't know what's with people and having kids. I'm okay if you and your spouse are healthy, and are financially capable of raising your kids. However, what I cannot understand is how somebody who is already 67 years old can think it is some given right for her to have children. When you go into menopause that's nature's/ God's way of telling you, "Honey, your time to have kids is over. Enjoy the rest of your life."
Bringing a pair of twins at this age is not being socially responsible. As what the O&G doctor said, she is at an age when her life may end in another 10 years' time? When she dies, what of the children? If you think she probably has some funds set aside for her children, you are so wrong. She had to sell her house to pay for the fertilisation procedure, and had already used up most of her savings. When asked what her future plans are, she said she will find a young husband to help look after the children. Just what kind of s***** plan is that?!
I pity the children. It is not their fault. It is always the fault of the stupid adults; adults who should know better.

Yah, adults who should know better. How come the @#$% O&G doctor didn't know she's that old and could be duped with a fake age?! Eh, seems like the doctor cannot make it too lor...
I'm not too sure if what the doctor said is true. According to him, his clinic's cut off age for IVF is 55yo*. Apparently this woman came to his clinic with forged medical documents to show that she was 53yo instead of 66yo.
He only found out about it when the story of her being the oldest woman to give birth was published in the newspapers.

she shld have just adopt if she so wants a kid. crazy woman.
That's true, or at least she can just sponsor an orphan.
