Amazing What a the Sun Can Do

At last the rain took a reprieve this morning. Was so happy to wake up seeing sun rays in the room instead of the usual gloom for the past 2 days. It's amazing how the sun can affect one's mood. I was certainly much cheerful and not that perturbed by what the rumor-mongers are spreading. For a moment I felt invincible and almost certain I will be able to face the rumors head on and just continue my friendship with my senior as per normal. Well, that was until I saw my senior and I am yet again reminded of the nonsense that people are talking behind our backs. Sigh, my invincibility is short lived.

Nevertheless I found out I'm not the only one who was much happier after seeing the sun. A tech told me she was really happy to see the sun and it really lifted her mood. She was sick of the incessant rain which left her quite depressed.

It's amazing how much sunlight can affect one's mood. :D

Not that I don't want to go out more. You know my working hours sucks big time. I leave the house when the sun isn't really up, and then return home when the sun is already down, and while working I'll be stuck in the hospital with no windows.

It's no wonder that after each overseas trip I get a tan even in the polluted Bangkok.

Eh... If my memory is still sound, a certain somebody rejected my offers to go out in the great tropical sunny outdoors several times during her leave due to the heat and strong sun some time back before all the rain pours in... I wonder who... ^^

That's why you need sunblock? I didn't really tan in Thailand, only in Pattaya when i went swimming but didn't really apply sunblock on my shoulders. But only bit of a tan there...

Why are most pp biased against rain and lightning??
