When We Don't Know What to Say

Was at my grandma's place today, and we had fish and fried chicken for dinner. Guess the fish is not any of the usual fish that my mom and aunts get from the market. When they asked my grandma what the fish was, she told them the "ba" (meat) is very nice it is called "ba he" (meat fish). I think my mom and aunts all pretended they did not hear her and continued their discussion on the fish. I mean it was like duh, but I guess that is what happens when a person does not know what to say.
